Spoor & Fisher is pleased to announce the appointment of their chairperson, Ms. Tshepo Shabangu. Ms. Shabangu is a qualified trade mark practitioner and specialises in local and international registration of trade marks.
She is the past president of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property law.
She sits on the council of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces (LSNP), the body regulating lawyers, and represents the Law Society of South Africa on the council of the International Bar Association (IBA).
Ms. Shabangu finished her LLM studies magna cum laude at the University of Bonn in Germany and is fluent in 7 languages, including German.
