Leading Pan-African law firm, Bowman Gilfillan Africa Group, has appointed Jane Andropoulos as partner in the firm's Africa-wide commercial Litigation practice.
Andropoulos specialises in commercial litigation and her extensive experience in both motion and trial work includes business rescue, company law, contractual and property disputes, and administrative law challenges in respect of regulatory bodies.
This appointment follows a number of recent lateral hires. Most recently the firm appointed, Patricia Williams as a partner in the firm's Tax Practice, Bonnie Steyn as a partner in the dispute resolution practice, Warren Hamer as a partner in the Real Estate practice and Zano Nduli as a partner in the M&A practice.
