The National Heritage Council (NHC) of South Africa in partnership with the Limpopo Sport, Arts and Culture have concluded the Golden Shield Heritage Awards call for nominees and further appointed a panel of adjudicators assessing the received nominations from South Africa’s heritage enthusiasts.

The entity and DSAC Limpopo will soon announce the finalists in the following categories, who will be our special guests on Friday, 25 March 2022 at Meropa Casino in Polokwane: 

National Living Treasure

Local Government Commitment

Preferred Heritage Destination

Young Heritage Activist

Voice of Heritage

Corporate Heritage Management

Liberation Heritage Steward

Heritage Education
