REVEALED: Ramaphosa’s Cabinet fails to meet performance targets

23rd March 2022

Tomorrow, 24 March 2022, DA Federal Leader John Steenhuisen MP, and DA National Spokesperson, Siviwe Gwarube MP, will track the performance of President Cyril Ramaphosa’s cabinet ministers based on their signed performance agreements in October 2020.

The public has a right to know how its government has performed more than halfway through its term, since taking up office in May 2019.

The performance of Ramaphosa’s ministers thus far, coupled with a sharp increase in poverty and inequality in our country since 2019, is proof enough for the people of South Africa to get behind the DA’s Motion of No Confidence in the President’s entire cabinet, to vote out incompetence and replace it with the government that works.

Members of the media are invited to attend and there will be an opportunity for interviews and photographs.

The details are as follows:

Date: Thursday, 24 March 2022

Time: 11:15

Venue: Parliament of the Republic of South Africa, Marks Building, Room M24
