I, Bonginkosi Emannuel Nzimande, MP, Minister of Higher Education and Training, hereby gives public notice, in terms of section 20 of the Higher Education Act, 1997 (Act No. 101 of 1997), after consulting with the Council on Higher Education, of my intention to establish a new university. Further to my intention to establish this new university, I intend to incorporate shortly after the establishment of this new university the Medunsa Campus of the University of Limpopo into the new university.
