The Democratic Alliance in North West is proud to announce that one of our Members of Parliament, Winston Rabotapi, was elected as a new party whip in Parliament today.


Rabotapi (55) is currently serving as the DA’s Shadow Minister of Arts and Culture. He is also the Constituency Head of the Winston Rabotapi Constituency in North West.


He has worked as a councillor for the DP in Brits and has served as the Deputy Provincial Leader in North West for two separate terms.


Rabotapi also previously took up the Arts and Culture shadow Ministry within the DA.
He is currently serving his second term in the National Assembly.
