The DA in North West mourns the death of veteran DA Councillor, Eddie Barlow, who sadly passed away on Saturday evening. Find photograph here.

Eddie Barlow served as a DA Councillor in the Madibeng Local Municipality for 21 years. Eddie was a committed liberal democrat in service of the community and always ready to work towards the realisation of the DA’s objective of creating an open, opportunity society for all.

Eddie leaves behind his wife, Marlene, three children, and nine grandchildren.

On behalf of the DA in North West, we extend our deepest condolences to the Barlow family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. We also express our gratitude for lending Eddie to the DA for so many years. We acknowledge your sacrifices in support of his dedicated work in service of the community.
