As the YCLSA (Ufasimba), we are disgusted by President Zuma recent cabinet reshuffle which we view as a power drunk- Saxon world inspired reshuffling. We are not surprised about the reshuffling of Cde Blade Nzimande, the General Secretary of the SACP as we know that the President has never gave Cde Blade Nzimande the then Minister of Higher Education and Training the Presidential Commission report of free education and has not wanted him for a very long time.

We also not surprised as this confirm our long held view that all appointments made by President Jacob Zuma are factional and that President Zuma takes instructions from the Guptas.

This power drunk- Saxon world inspired reshuffling is the declaration of war to the communists and the whole working class in South Africa. Furth more, a serving of divorce papers to the Alliance especially a clear signal that the South African Communist Party is no longer wanted in the Alliance by the Jacob Zuma’s African National Congress.

This power drunk-Saxon world reshuffling confirm our call and the necessity that the African national Congress must recall President Jacob Zuma as the President of the Republic of South Africa. We say with strong convictions and convinced that Cde Jacob Zuma has destroyed the Alliance, Has destroyed the SOE’s, has destroyed the ANC, and has sold out our sovereignty and destroyed South Africa and its people!

As the YCLSA, we call the SACP not to rest till Jacob Zuma face his 783 charges and we further call NPA to speedily fast rack prostituting Jacob Zuma on his charges of fraud and corruption. We will never rest till Jacob Zuma is jailed.

We are equally disappointed that our former National Secretary, Cde Buti Manamela, was not promoted to be a Minister after his outstanding performance as the Deputy Minister in the Presidency responsible for youth development. Cde Buti Manamela was instrumental in driving youth development in the country and we are shocked that he was not rewarded for his excellent work. However, we wish him in his new responsibilities as Deputy Minister for Higher Education and Training.

We further note that Ministers that are underperforming and masters of own goal has been retained as long they deliver to their cronies and Guptas.

As the YCLSA, we don’t welcome this cabinet reshuffling as we know that its consequences will have a huge impact for our people, our revolution and the Alliance.
