By virtue of the powers vested in me in terms of Section 30 of the Water Services Act. 1997 (Act No. 108 of 1997) as amended. I Nomvula Paula Mokonyane. in my capacity as the Minister of Water and Sanitation, hereby authorise Rand Water to -
Manage drought relief programmes in Namibia.
I further authorise that - a maximum amount of R45 million as grant funding from the African Renaissance Fund be used for this
Project.
