I, Nomvula Paula Mokonyane, in my capacity as Minister of Water and Sanitation. and duly authorized by the Water Services Act (Act No. 108 of 1997), hereby give notice of intention, to publish a draft Norms and Standards for levels of Water and Sanitation Services as contained in the schedule hereto, for the purposes of general public comments and consultation with interested and affected parties.
