In  accordance  with  the  Use  of  Languages  Act,  2012,  4(1),  the  South  African  Qualifications  Authority  (SAQA),  as  a  national  public  entity,  has  developed  a  Language  Policy  regarding  the  use of official languages for government purposes. The Language Policy was
adopted by SAQA after a public consultation process.
