By virtue of Section 40 (1)(b) of The South African National Roads Agency Limited and National Roads Act, 1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998), I hereby amend Declaration No. 409 of 2008 by substituting the section from points L374 and R321 up to points L181 and R143 thereof, with the subjoined sheets 1 to 19 of Plan No. P826/14.
