Norton Rose Fulbright has appointed Dale Cridlan as head of tax. He specialises in corporate tax, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, deal structuring, due diligence and structured finance. Other experience includes advising on tax disputes with revenue authorities, restructuring of groups of companies, tax aspects of debt and equity financing, tax aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals and mining tax.
Richard de la Harpe has joined the Norton Rose Fulbright Cape Town office as Knowledge Director for Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions and as a Director in the Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions team. He has extensive commercial and corporate law experience, has lectured Company Law at the University of Cape Town and is co–author of Blackmans Commentary on the Companies Act.
Bester Ngoepe has joined the Norton Rose Fulbright Johannesburg office as a Director in the Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions team. Ngoepe specialises in M&As (cross-border and domestic), corporate finance and corporate restructurings.
He also has expertise in general commercial law, structured trade and commodity finance, and empowerment transactions.
