Senegalese President Bassirou Diomaye Faye will hold talks with International Monetary Fund Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva on September 15 in Washington, an IMF spokesperson said on Monday.
"We can confirm that the Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva will meet with President Bassirou Diomaye Faye on September 15 in Washington, DC. They will discuss recent economic developments and Senegal's economic reform programme."
A statement from Senegal's council of ministers published last week said Faye would make a working visit to Washington on September 14 and 15 and an official visit to Abu Dhabi on September 16 and 17.
