The Minister of Police has, under section 31(1) of the Second -Hand Goods Act, 2009 (Act No. 6 of 2009), extended the powers contemplated
in Chapter 9 to such persons employed as law enforcement officers by the City of Cape Town to the extent and subject to the conditions and
directives set out in the Schedule.
