The Right2Know Campaign applauds the South African Faith Communities’ Environmental Institute (SAFCEI) and EarthLife Africa JHB for this great court victory. This is a win for transparency and a blow against those who want to sell our futures for a secret nuclear deal.
This morning as we prepared for the handing down of the judgement in drought-stricken Cape Town, it began to rain outside the court. It is said that rain falls on the just and unjust alike, but today it fell for the just.
