The National Energy Regulator of South Africa (NERSA) will hold public hearings in all provinces on Eskom’s application for the third Multi-Year Price Determination (MYPD3) from 15 to 31 January 2013. Eskom has applied for an average price increase of 16% for each of the five years of the MYPD3 from 2013/14 to 2017/18. The public hearings will be held as follows:
