Minister of Science and Technology Naledi Pandor is in line to be awarded a Doctorate of Science, honoris causa, by the University College Dublin, a research institute in Ireland the Ministry of Science and Technology said on Tuesday.

The University College is expected to award Pandor the doctorate on Wednesday.

Earlier this year in July Pandor received an honorary doctorate from NOVA University in Portugal. She was honoured for the role she’s played in the promotion of science in Africa and globally.
