Let us first congratulates President for releasing the report after PASMA's war with Mr Zuma's office to release a report after long been handed to him.

Pan Africanist Congress of Azania (PAC) and its revolutionary student wing, PASMA , rejects the presented outcomes of Heher's Fees Commission.

This was a foetal exercise by Jacob Zuma and his friends who decided to waste public funds or taxpayers money on exactly doing nothing fruitful. This report is very mum, it is telling us things that we already know. We must confess and testify our great disappointment to Zuma and his administration.

The primary objective and task of this supposed Commission was to establish and address the question of free, quality and obligatory education.

It is clear that we are not being taken serious at all, we never requested the re-establishment of the loan shark known as NSFAS. What we see today is the re-modelled NSFAS which will now collude with commercial banks to make money from poor students.

Our uncaring government should know that the value of education cannot be attached to monetary value. Any sober and serious government  which is serious about development, they invest boldly in the human development. We stand firm on this call of free, quality and obligatory education in our lifetime.

To show that SA is not serious about human development, they only invest only 10% of its GDP in education. Serious government put more than 50% of their GDP towards education in a bid to develop their own communities.

This toothless Commission also seems to have misunderstood us, we are not obsessed with free-fee education, we are raising the issue of quality. Education is a force which can change livelihoods of people. This toothless Commission missed a point, our obsession is with regard to human development.

Education should be a catalyst in developing and addressing societal challenges. If we do not have education then it means that we have no economy. Education should be a catalyst in addressing the so-called triple challenges which are poverty, inequalities and unemployment.

the heightened quality of education enables and amplify the quality of lives. Other sober countries prioritise education while we are playing football with this fundamental issue.

We are not going to accept lies that there is no money. We have seen how corrupt our government have been in the past 20 years, we have a responsibility to ensure redirection of resources to relevant priorities.

We have noted recently that the mainstream media harassed and intimidated Jacob Zuma, scaring him not to declare free, quality and obligatory education. We are assuring Zuma that we will protect him from any coward if he only do what is expected of him, and that is to declare education as a fundamental and divine freedom.

We reject this Herer's Commission. We will talk with other organisation to do the same and plot a way forward to seek a better future for our kids without going to "mashonisa" or loan-shark. We are very disappointed at Zuma for wasting taxpayers money in establishing another useless Commission as he did with Farlam Commission which was waste of time and resources.
