Minister Lindiwe Zulu will officially hand over equipment to entrepreneurs with disability in Welkom, Free State, on Wednesday, 4 October 2017.

Minister Zulu will be joined by the Executive Mayor of Matjhabeng Local Municipality, Cllr Nkosinjani Speelman.
