The Minister of Environmental Affairs, Dr Edna Molewa and her Deputy, Ms Barbra Thompson, will brief the media on the Department’s Budget Vote to be delivered in the National Assembly on Thursday 25 May 2017.

The Minister and the Deputy Minister will deliver the Department of Environmental Affairs’ 2017/18 key priorities while reflecting on progress made in delivering on the previous year’s commitments.

Members of the media are invited to a pre-budget media briefing in which the Minister and Deputy Minister will outline the critical aspects of the speech and Department’s programmes as per the details below:
