I, Mildred Oliphant, Minister of Labour, do hereby in terms of section 32(2) read with section 32(5)(c) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, publish a notice in accordance with the provisions of subsection 32(5)(c) inviting representations from the public in response to the National Bargaining Council for the Road Freight and Logistics industry's application for extension to nonparties regarding its Main Collective Agreement which was submitted to the Department of Labour on 13 December 2016.
