Retired Deputy Chief Justice Dikgang Moseneke will on Tuesday 12 September brief the media on the Life Esidimeni alternative dispute resolution process.
Following, the recommendation of the Health Ombud, Health Minister Dr Aaron Motsoaledi and Premier David Makhura, with the concurrence of the known affected families of mental health care users, appointed Justice Moseneke to arbitrate in the alternative dispute resolution process.
The process will involve the Gauteng Provincial Government and families of mental health care users who were affected during the transfer from Life Esidimeni facilities to various NGOs around Gauteng.
