University of Johannesburg’s Centre for Competition, Regulation and Economic Development (CCRED) would like to invite you to a public platform on the public interest provisions in merger regulation. The session will be in the form of a panel debate with different stakeholders to debate key issues raised by recent cases and the extent to which the guidelines address these challenges:
