Following Government’s announcement of free education in December 2017 for students, whose parents’ combined annual income is R350 000 or less, the Minister of Higher Education and Training, Naledi Pandor, Duputy Minister Buti Manamela and the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) Chairperson, Sizwe Nxasana will brief media on the progress made so far, in implementing this decision.
