I, Gwebinkundla Felix Qonde, Director -General of the Department of Higher Education and Training, hereby, in terms of section 63(a) of the Higher Education Act, 1997 (Act No. 101 of 1997) ( "the Act ") and Regulation 17(3) of the Regulations for the Registration of Private Higher Education Institutions, 2016 ( "the Regulations "), give notice of intent to cancel the registration of Durbanville College (Pty) Ltd as a private higher education institution.
