Adv. Gerrie Nel, Head of AfriForum’s private prosecuting unit will announce tomorrow who the first person will be to be privately prosecuted by AfriForum.
Kallie Kriel, CEO of AfriForum, says that the planned private prosecution should send a very clear message that no-one is above the law.
