I, Angelina Matsie Motshekga, Minister of Basic Education, hereby in terms of Sections 6(4) and 6(5) of the General and Further Education and Training Quality Assurance Act, 2001 (Act No. 58 of 2001), invite persons, role players or organisations active or involved in General and Further Education and Training to nominate a person to fill a vacancy in the Third Umalusi Council caused by the resignation of a Council member, namely Professor DM Zinn.
