Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema will graduate from the University of South Africa (Unisa) with an honours degree in philosophy on Wednesday.

The EFF said the degree will be bestowed on Malema at the Unisa campus in Pretoria.

“We are proud of this achievement as it impresses upon all to value education,” it added.

Malema, who was routinely mocked early in his political career for failing matric mathematics and woodwork, is obtaining his degree three weeks after EFF spokesperson and MP Mbuyiseni Ndlozi was awarded a doctorate in philosophy of political studies by the University of the Witwatersrand.
