Today, 9 September 2022, DA Constituency Head for Cape Agulhas, Nicholas Myburgh MP, will attend the opening of the Mill Park Deferred Housing Project in Bredasdorp.
The Mill Park Housing Project is part the Western Cape Government’s Deferred Ownership pilot model and linked to the Help Me Buy A Home Programme, where households with an income between R3 501 and R22 000 per month may qualify for a housing subsidy.
We applaud the DA-led Western Cape Government’s efforts to restore people’s dignity by providing access to affordable housing opportunities for residents in the province. We look forward to see the success of their hard work at the opening of the Mill Park Housing Project.
