DA launches new round-table discussion show, 'The Elephant'

On Wednesday, the DA will host a brand-new live broadcast, The Elephant, which will comprise of a series of round-table discussions.

The Elephant will be hosted by DA Federal Youth Leader, Luyolo Mphiti, and will be broadcasted this Wednesday at 18:00 on the DA’s virtual platforms.

The first episode will focus on the cost of broad-based black economic empowerment (BBBEE) to South Africa’s ability to create jobs, provide relief and give minority workers a voice.

Luyolo will be joined by Dr Michael Cardo, DA Shadow Minister of Employment and Labour, Dean Macpherson, DA Shadow Minister of Trade, Industry and Competition, Deidré Baartman, Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Finance, Economic Opportunities and Tourism in the Western Cape, economist, Mike Schüssler, financial controller at Kasada Capital Management, Deon Steyn, and Solidarity CEO, Dr Dirk Hermann.

We invite South Africans to tune into this exciting new broadcast as various “elephants” will be discussed.
