The Congress of South African Trade Unions in the North West Province with its entire membership commends the Leadership on raising critical issues affecting workers of South Africa.

We must confirm that the leadership were representing the position of the Federation and also the congress resolutions very well in the Breakfast show today.

We call upon all workers of South Africa not been derailed by the calls or programme of formation new Federation. COSATU is the only hope to them. Leadership was spot on the below campaigns COSATU is pursuing and after the successful celebrations of the May Day.

We reiterate the following workers’ demands;

• Scrapping of Labour Brokers
• Scrapping of E-tolls
• Acceleration of introduction of National Minimum Wages.
• Unity of workers in South Africa
• Going back to basics
•  

Let’s keep on defending and representing the plight of workers of South Africa as workers leadership.
