It is hereby made known that-
(a) I. Kebone Masange, Accounting Officer. Mpumalanga Department of Human Settlements, duly assigned by the Director General for the Mpumalanga Provincial Government, intend to conduct an enquiry concerning the determination and the declaration of rights of leasehold as referred to in section 2(1) of the Conversion of Certain Rights to Leasehold Act, 1988, in respect of the affected sites contained in the aforementioned accompanying list and situated in the area of jurisdiction of the local authority of eMakhazeni
