Two years after the formation of the Government of National Unity (GNU), this report provides an independent assessment of the implementation of 120 policy commitments made by the coalition government. The assessment tracks progress across five critical areas: Economy, Governance, Corruption, Climate Change, and Social Services.

The findings present a mixed picture of progress. The GNU achieved an overall assessment score of 34%, with 64 commitments currently In Progress, 4 Implemented, and 52 Not Commenced. Notably, none of the commitments assessed was classified as Broken.

Beyond the headline findings, the report offers valuable insights into the pace and quality of policy implementation, highlighting areas where progress is being made and where significant challenges remain. As such, it provides an important evidence base for understanding the performance of the GNU at the midpoint of its term.
