Claudia is an aviation, insurance and regulatory lawyer based in Johannesburg and head of the South African aviation practice. Claudia's practice has a local focus as well as on southern African and international aviation insurance markets.
 
Claudia is proficient in complex international disputes, having gained her Masters in International Dispute Resolution through the University of London, fortified by 10 years of experience. Claudia has formidable relationships with the insurance regulators in South Africa as well as experience in offshore law, global insolvency and restructurings, general commercial litigation and regulatory investigations and enforcement actions.
