To amend the Chiropractors, Homeopaths and Allied Health Service Professions Act, 1982, so as to define certain expressions; to amend certain definitions and delete others; to abolish the Chiropractors, Homeopaths and Allied Health Service Professions Interim Council; to establish the Allied Health Professions Council of South Africa; to provide for the establishment of professional boards; to regulate
the relationship between the new Council and the professional boards; and to make provision for matters relating to the responsibility, accountability, democratisation and transparency of the Council and professional boards; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
