The African National Congress (ANC) dips its revolutionary banner in honour of Professor Hlengiwe
Mkhize, a tried and trusted cadre of our movement and member of the National Executive Committee.
At the time of her passing, Professor Mkhize served as the Deputy Minister in the Presidency for Women,
Youth and People with Disabilities.
